- gather and consolidate vendor performance data, including project overview sheets, stakeholder satisfaction surveys, and spend analysis, ensuring transparency for stakeholders and vendor performance reviews;
- access finance and procurement systems to download, consolidate, and upload data to SharePoint, while maintaining accuracy and consistency in Power BI reports;
- coordinate Vendor Performance Reviews, including scheduling meetings with the Vendor Manager, suppliers, and stakeholders;
- prepare performance review presentations (e.g., vendor Net Promoter Score feedback, project lists, KPI/SLA performance reports), take and distribute pre-read and post-event notes, and store business review files in shared repositories;
- maintain the Master Preferred Supplier List and Contract Management list. Ensure centralized storage of all preferred vendor contracts;
- support purchase order requests for stakeholders, manage Accounts Payable invoice inquiries with Finance teams and suppliers, and oversee vendor creation and extension processes;
- serve as the primary point of contact for vendor teams and stakeholders regarding inquiries related to invoicing, payment requests, purchase orders, vendor creation, vendor brochure updates, and additions to the digital offering catalog
- ability to prioritize responsibilities, maintain a structured approach to work, and ensure that all necessary information and materials are readily accessible;
- clearly conveying information, ideas, and instructions to and from others in both verbal and written format, in English language;
- good with data and having attention to detail by meticulously analyzing and interpreting data to ensure accuracy and make informed decisions;
- some experience and curiosity in project management, human resources, managing customers, and/or, engaging with suppliers;
- interest in developing career in Vendor Management, Procurement, and/or Finance fields, and Human Resources;
- keen engagement with data analysis and visualization
