As a Technical Superintendent - Electrical Subject Matter Expert you will become a formal owner of Equipment Maintenance Strategies, specifying internal and external requirements to maintenance activities.

- lead task force work to resolve issues identified through analysis or offshore operations
- create and maintain an overview of rig performance and specific improvement areas
- evaluate alerts from our maintenance programs and coordinate same with technical superintendent and offshore technical crew
- identify areas where equipment data and digital solutions can reduce offshore admin- and work burden
- through offshore experience and close collaboration with operations, provide ideas for improvements, while bridging the gap between planned maintenance schemes and offshore operations
- participate in reliability analysis as an operational and technical specialist
- solid experience within drilling or marine operations (as a Technical Superintendent, Technical Section Leader, Maintenance Engineer, or similar maintenance-related roles in offshore maritime industries)
- experience in working with the HV power generation systems (up to 11 kV, compEx certificate is preferable)
- broad, deep knowledge of technical concepts, theories, and practices relevant to ships, offshore drilling units or related equipment including their maintenance, operations, overhaul, and design
- pragmatic mindset that always seeks simplicity and practicality when solving problems
- experience in preventative maintenance program development and implementation, including planning, equipment criticality, PM procedures/schedules, and spare parts
- experience in working with class societies, regulatory, and international standards
