For our client - an international outsourcing provider that specializes in IT, financial and accounting services we are looking for 1st Line Support with German and French.

your tasks

  • Receive fault reports, change requests and customer enquiries (in writing and by telephone)
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal customers seeking a technical assistance
  • Record and classify the notifications received
  • Analyse and collect documentation of fault notifications
  • Forward of error messages to the 2nd level support team
  • Monitor the troubleshooting
  • Preventive solution of emerging problems
  • Support of end devices (tablets, smartphones, PC, DECT phones, MDEs, cash registers, EFT etc.) and printers/user authorizations

what we expect

  • Very good German and French is a must
  • Good command of English
  • Work experience at a Service Desk or Call Center
  • Basic IT know-how
  • Italian language will be an asset
