We are looking for an independent person with excellent knowledge of PtP process and experience in team management for international, well known company located in Łódź. The person on this position reports to Center Head. Do not hesitate and apply!

your tasks

  • Manages, develops and motivate teams
  • Manages scope of the PTP end to end process and implement improvement solutions.
  • Monitors and manage transitions
  • Manages budgeting and forecasting for PTP processes
  • Ensures achievement of performance / quality standards defined in relevant service level agreements
  • Monitors, updates and develops SLAs for PTP processes
  • Manages process effectiveness and efficiency
  • Initiates cross-process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensures timely and accurate processing of all PTP transactions for assigned team(s), in accordance with performance and quality standards defined in relevant service level agreements.

what we expect

  • 2- 3 years’ team management
  • Min 5 years of experience in finance (preferably in SSC/BPO)
  • High experience of PTP processes and process improvement
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Educational background - Economics or Business Administration with Major in accounting, CPA / CMA and or MBA is required
  • Proven record of driving results through partnering with key stakeholders
  • Pro-activeness and good team player
