• Has administrative/project management experience
• Has good level of Excel skills /experience working with various
  Excel files
• Confident dealing with documents (invoices, contracts, acts of
  acceptance etc.) /attentive to details
• Has good planning skills/respects deadlines
• Has good communication skills
• Feels comfortable working remotly with many stakeholders at once
• Open to explore & find solutions to tackle administrative problems
