your tasks

  • Coordinate centrally standard services costing for Product Related Services portfolio (HW&SW) in countries, (local/central inputs / outputs, calculation scheme and formulas) and align costing process with relevant financial processes & guidelines for all Fujitsu EMEAI countries
  • Provide standard cost calculation results and base warranty and ensure information is easy to access for users (e.g. Opportunity Center, Sales, Logistics, Delivery)
  •  Maintain, continuously improve and reduce complexity of whole costing scheme and methodology, IT infrastructure and interfaces
  •  Define business and process requirements for IT implementation towards ITG, control and maintain interfaces to Service Cost Database (SCD) (e.g. logistics, Technical Support Services (TSS), Global Project Management Office (GPMO)
  •  Support SCD User, acting as interface between Services Cost Database (SCD) users and ITG regarding technical errors
  •  Train Service Cost Database (SCD) Users (input/output)in terms of calculation scheme, costing methodology and Service Cost Database (SCD)
  •  Administration and ongoing review of existing costing tool functionalities and up to date data as well as PRS costing SharePoint pages
  •  Gain, document and communicate synergy effects for all functions, regions and countries and increase local, central and international calculation efficiency through usage of central tool (Service Cost Database)
  •  Coordinate regular costing parameter-review and –update, check quality, benchmark intra-country and external delivery towers to ensure cost optimized claim management
  •  Support delivery cost optimization/down projects from finance perspective in countries/central unit and harmonize cost calculation result to appropriate level
  •  Roll Out best practices of Service Cost Database (SCD) on global level and establish Service Cost Database (SCD) as the global standard tool of Service Costing, align and harmonize with EMEIA approach

what we expect

  • University degree or equivalent education (finance related, costing methodology oriented
  • would be advantage)
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in finance (minimum 2)
  • Several years project management experience for projects on diverse levels of complexity as
  • an asset
  • Experience in a consultancy or equivalent environment as an asset
  • Experience in intercultural and/or global dealings especially in virtual teams as an asset
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (EXCEL, VBA, ACCESS)
  • Good SharePoint and WebApplication knowledge
  • Good understanding of financial controlling and economics
