• managing CRM for Polish activities, Sales Data and Sales Force activity data reports
• ensuring appropriate digital activities implementation for local needs
• combining business and activity data into predictive and prescriptive analysis
• partner with the internal stakeholders to understand and act on business needs
• track appropriate metrics to facilitate timely appropriate intervention and influence corrective actions
• create standardized reports related to core operational metrics ensuring accuracy and comprehension of the outcome
• work with other departments to adjust standard reports based on changing business needs
• supporting Customer Operations Team in various CEE projects

• minimum 2-3 years' experience in data analysis
• university degree in Economics, Data Science or Business Analytics
• Power BI, VBA - nice to have 
• fluency in English (both spoken and written)
• high problem-solving skills as well as analytical and conceptual skills
• excellent communication skills - ability to communicate clearly and concisely
• ability to work with other departments
• a curious mindset
