We are looking for a Business Data Analyst to join our team in Compentence Center (CC) in Poznan, Poland.

In your role, you would be part of the global business support team for the business units Electronics (EL) and General Metal Finishing (GMF) with focus on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool. You would report to the Manager Business Support with high exposure to BUs senior management.

your tasks

  • Global responsibility for regular management reporting based on in-depth data analyses of our CRM tool supporting business units EL, GMF and EQ
  • Support CRM process owner in development, implementation and global roll out of new applications within the CRM framework
  • Frequent exchange with global sales organization to drive continuous improvement and ensure high data quality in our CRM system
  • As a member of the global business support team you take responsibility for day-to-day business with high exposure to senior management of the business units

  • Previous experience with CRM tools is a plus
