For Our Client, a manufacturer of rolling element bearings for automotive, aerospace and industrial, which is creating a new SSC in Wroclaw, we are looking for experienced candidates for Complaint Management Specialist with German

your tasks

  • Ensuring the recording and processing of transport complaints in the European region
  • Acquisition of transport complaints in ERP-System (SAP)
  • Examination, processing and tracking of transport complaints
  • Commission of surveyors
  • Commission to carrier regarding retraction of shipments
  • Request of necessary receipt and information to clarify the complaints
  • Creation of quality assessments
  • Coordination with interfaces – sales, carrier, shipping agency, etc.
  • Creating notice of liability and 8D reports
  • Monitoring the acquisition of all incidental costs
  • Submission of documents of claim settlement at the insurance

what we expect

  • Finished apprenticeship as industrial or logistics clerk, at least 2 years of work experience in the range of transport complaint handling
  • Logistics know-how required
  • SAP skills preferred
  • Good German and English skills neccessary
