your tasks
- Bring strong local knowledge, lending assessment skills and experience to the
credit review and management process - Assess the overall creditworthiness of funding applications proposed by front line
and provide review opinions for structuring lending facilities to mitigate risks as
well as facilitate customer solutions - Make recommendations and organize meetings to discuss about credit
applications - Provide active input on the management of existing lending portfolios, including
monitoring the performance of customer, collecting and analysing related market information, and early identification of industry and/or individual customer deterioration to proactively identify and remedy emerging risk customers and/or concentrations - Perform as an expert in conditions precedent verification for loan agreement
signing and withdrawal - Support the development of credit and risk management capabilities of related

Assist developing and enhancing credit risk boundaries, policies and practices
and facilitating the smooth functioning of credit proceduresCapable to pick up new tasks associated with lending analysis, for example to
calculate and forecast related regulatory indicators influenced by asset growth
and make effective use of internal systemsComplete other tasks assigned by Head of departmentwhat we expect
- 3-5 years banking experience in similar credit reviewer role in Poland or other EU
countries - University graduate or equivalent
- Strategic thinking

- Proven track record as a credit risk manager
- Excellent analytical skills
- Understanding of corporate & institutional lending products, risk boundaries,
assessment tools and market practices - Advanced knowledge of English
