your tasks

CS Performance Measurement:

  • support the defined Customer Service process with the right data insights coming from sophisticated data analysis
  • development of dashboard, descriptive & predictive analytics, data modeling
  • prepare management reporting
  • analyze, collect and monitor the established KPI’s and execute improvements
  • execute and contribute improvement projects which are linked directly to Customer Service
  • develop new Customer Service KPI’s when requested


Customer Interfaces:

  • maintain existing customer interfaces (EDI, DFS, DIREX, customer and supplier portals) and act a superuser /admin/problem solver for those
  • contribute to improvement projects linked to any customer interface


Customer Service IT landscape:

  • examine and understand the current systems, requirements gathering, producing specifications for new and existing systems, liaising with IT function on technology roll outs and modifications
  • contribute in Customer Service improvement projects related to enhancements or upgrades of the Customer Service IT landscape

what we expect

  • 2 years of relevant work experience in data analysis, finance/business analyst
  • previous Involvement in any IT projects
  • the data source will mostly come from SAP, knowledge or confidence in dealing with ERPs is required
  • can break down complex business and technical problems into opportunities for analytical study
  • have extensive experience and expertise in data science including knowledge in one or more of business/customer intelligence, machine learning, big data/data mining, statistics, data modelling, information theory, or a similar field
