job description

For our Client we are looking for an experienced Specialist to join the Web Content Publishing Team (Search and Content Marketing Division).

The Team supports all editorial areas of company's website, such as product launch, marketing campaign or corporate information pages, and maintains and executes all content update activities for the Global Master, the template web site in English for all country sites, including the global website.

your tasks

  • Execute global content directly in the CMS 
  • Adhere to defined site best practices, as well as component and design system guidelines
  • Work across multiple business and technical teams to see production requirements through to completion
  • Supports page/journey error inquiries and manages numerous web projects simultaneously.
  • Provide platform capabilities and deployment expertise for non-technical partners to help execute on ideas.
  • Integrates, tests and participates in deployment of web features and components on Schneider Electric sites.
  • Monitors and prioritize CMS technical developments and provides support to the Web Content Operation Team with any architecture, component, or page decommissioning-related activities.
  • Supports the communication of latest updates and requirements to Schneider’s local site owners. 


what we expect

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills (English C1 or higher level is required)
  • Minimum of 1 up to 2 years of website content management work experience (experience in an international environment will be considered a plus)
  • Experience with content management practices – planning, execution, rapid publishing, testing/QA, and reporting
  • Knowledge in HTML, SEO best practices, and high interest in new technologies
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Knowledge in Analytical tools, experience working with Contentsquare, AT Internet, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and workspace platforms such as Jira, Workfront will be a plus
  • Creative, analytical and with a strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset
  • Ability to take initiative and work on competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well independently and in an Agile-based team environment
