your tasks

• Formal owner of Equipment Maintenance Strategies within the field of electrical, instrumentation and automation. Specifying internal and external requirements to maintenance activities. 
• Drive in-house optimization projects ensuring maintenance is balanced between up time and cost, without ever compromising safety. ​
• Responsible for sensor installation and data flow, e.g. vibration monitoring systems.
• Develop equipment condition reports to support intrusive overhaul strategies, this includes understanding of criticality and consequence classification in context of asset management. ​
• Lead all initiatives related to sensor data quality assurance in our cloud based
• infrastructure.
• Lead task force work to resolve issues identified though analysis or offshore
• operations. ​
• Create and maintain an overview of rig performance and specific improvement areas.
• Evaluate alerts from the maintenance programs and coordinate same with offshore crew onboard drilling units. ​
• Identify low hanging fruits, where equipment data and digital solutions can reduce offshore admin- and work burden. ​
• Through close collaboration with offshore operations, bring forward ideas for improvements, while bridging the gap between equipment data and offshore operations. ​
• Participate in reliability analysis as operational and technical specialist.

what we expect

• Bachelor level in Electrical Engineering or similar
• +7 years of experience in related field with proven track record of maintenance responsibility and optimization
• Practical field installation experience including COMPEX certificate or similar
• Experience in preventative maintenance program development / implementation including planning, equipment critically, PM procedures/ schedules and spare parts
• Experience in working with maintenance management systems
• Full proficiency in English
• Ambitious and knows the importance of working together as a team to reach stretched targets
• Preferably experience within maritime industries as electrical maintenance responsible for HV/LV installation, instrumentation and automation.
