your tasks

  • lead, coordinate and manage the build and activation of Digital Campaigns across all channels (Marketing Automation, Web Paid Media etc) and multiple Regions ensure a successful campaign handover from the Digital Experience team takes place so that all elements of the campaign, including channels, timings and regions involved are fully understood
  • create, update, and manage a project plan for each Campaign to ensure that milestones and key deliverables are achieved and that the campaign is activated on time
  • communicate appropriate elements of the project plans to the DRC Operations team, Business stakeholders and all other stakeholders through standardised documentation and regular update meetings 
  • follow escalation processes to highlight any Campaign build or activation issues
  • gather Campaign Analytics utilising tools and processes supported by the Analytics team and any other analytics source
  • provide guidance on Campaign Architecture, ensuring that the design of the campaign will achieve the correct business objectives and KPI’s

what we expect

  • bachelor degree is required, preferably Business or Marketing related
  • strong project management skills and experience running multi-faceted projects
  • knowledge and experience of Digital Marketing Activities
  • experience in managing and influencing stakeholders
  • experience creating and updating project plans and regular project status reports
  • excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills
  • skilled in the use of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, MS Project
