For one of our client from the finance sector we are looking for an EMEA Voice NICE Engineer.

your tasks

  • Support, troubleshoot, and configure voice recording systems
  • Support and integration of Voice infrastructure
  • Using API and scripting to leverage automation opportunities
  • Perform troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Primary focus will be on the voice recording infrastructure and its proper operation, configuration and support
  • Work with all levels across various disciplines on project execution and problem solving
  • Work within Information Technology and the business
  • Interfacing with the Operations System Support staff
  • Technology Assistance Center
  • Service Engineering - Recording Solutions

what we expect

  • Extensive technical knowledge of NICE (Engage, NTR) and Verint Recording system
  • Contact center solutions including IVR, Aspect Dialers
  • Good understanding of VoIP architecture 
  • Good understanding of VoIP protocols including SIP and H323
  • Good understanding of SIP trunking
  • Good understanding of IP network (Switching and Routing)
  • Experience using SQL Server, Reporting Services Data mining, Business Intelligence (BI)

nice to have:

  • Experience in supporting Avaya Telephony Systems (Communication manager, AES, CMS, IVR)
  • Experience in supporting Genesys Telephony Systems
  • Experience in supporting Computer Telephony Integration (AIC, Genesys, Cisco ICM)
  • Experience in supporting Session Border Controller preferred ACME Packet, Oracle, Covergence
  • Supporting Cisco Telephony Systems (Cisco CUCM, UCCX)
  • Windows Server, Linux (RHEL) and Solaris OS systems
  • Good understanding of traffic erlang calculation
  • DB´s Oracle 11g
  • LAN/WAN technology
  • Nice/Verint/Cybertech Voice Recording Solutions with Trading and Contact Centre deployments
  • Knowledge of IP addressing and Access Control Lists
  • Understanding of Firewall technologies
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Fluent level of English speaker
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Voice certifications / qualifications
