your tasks

  • effective development of the sales network based on the franchise system,
  • building and developing a monitoring team and developing a franchise network,
  • brand development on foreign markets (Europe)
  • supervising compliance with operational standards among franchisees
  • coordinating the implementation of central promotional and marketing campaigns
  • establishing new contacts with potential franchisees,
  • shaping and strengthening the positive image of the company on foreign markets,
  • initiating and implementing activities supporting the number of participants on franchise markets,
  • monitoring the market and competition activities,

what we expect

  • experience in an account management or sales role, having generated strong sales performance and delivered brand strategy
  • retail management experience including an operational field-based role in a retail franchise environment
  • creativity and initiative in action,
  • very good organization of own work and the team,
  • very good commercial and financial acumen with experience of delivering budgets and targets
  • ability to understand, develop, and manage sales plans
  • good knowledge of franchise models on retail market
  • ability to prepare and deliver compelling commercial presentations
  • knowledge of negotiations and influencing techniques- ability to problem solving and managing conflict situations
