job description

Together with our Client, a medical company, we are looking for experienced senior specialists in the customer service area, who will join the new GBS in Warsaw. Our Client has great plans to develop and build teams responsible for coordinating processes globally.

your tasks

  • providing support to international customers as well as the Global Supply Chain organization
  • ensuring that all proper service is provided to the entities, third party customers and vendors with activities such as order management, master data maintenance, inventory control, communication and other related tasks.
  • acting as subject matter expert and resource for other team members
  • collecting and analyzing data and generating standardized reports through various tools
  • administration of Order2Cash process
  • processing customer inquiries and coordinating with other functions to better support
  • creating master data records
  • communicating with customers about service levels, returns, complaints and escalations
  • executing distribution controls and compliance and inventory control and governance
  • providing distribution history and shipped items data
  • administrating set deployment orders and deliveries
  • supporting business units leads and executing demand allocation/forced backorders
  • hosting and leading recurring coordination meetings with marketing/segment leaders
  • supporting cross-functional process improvement initiatives and projects

what we expect

  • minumum 5 years of relevant work experience
  • fluent English (written and verbal)
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • knowledge of SAP system
  • experience in supply chain or manufacturing in the medical / health care / medtech industry preferred
  • communication experience with customers
  • ability to multi-task, multiple priorities
  • problem-solving and analytical assessment capability
  • strong customer orientation and a high degree of professionalism is required
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • ability to handle the high workload and drive department metrics
