job description

Together with our Client, a medical company, we are looking for experienced specialists in the customer service area, who will join the new GBS in Warsaw. Our Client has great plans to develop and build teams responsible for coordinating processes globally.

your tasks

  • executing return recalls and transportation operations processes in the region
  • processing return transactions
  • executing inventory redeployment process in the region
  • monitoring shipment schedules
  • administrating documentation for import/export and customs compliance
  • allocating goods within the system
  • dedicating to support a specific region based on volume and/or complexity
  • registering service complaints and follow up till resolution
  • supporting cross functional process improvement initiatives and projects
  • administrating the Order2Cash process

what we expect

  • minumum 2 years of relevant work experience
  • fluent English (written and verbal)
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • knowledge of SAP system
  • experience in supply chain or manufacturing in the medical / health care / medtech industry preferred
  • communication experience with customers
  • ability to multi-task, multiple priorities
  • problem-solving and analytical assessment capability
  • strong customer orientation and a high degree of professionalism is required
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • ability to handle the high workload and drive department metrics
