The role of the Global Process Owner (GPO) is to establish, enable, continuously improve and govern the end to end Record to Report (R2R) and Order to Cash (O2C) enterprise process to provide best in class capabilities.

your tasks

  • Drive End to End Process productivity improvement and innovation in partnership with stakeholders
  • Architect process to optimize end-to-end operation
  • Standardize processes, as possible, around internal and external best practices
  • Define metrics to track adherence to continuous improvement targets; benchmark with external peer metrics
  • Define transformational vision for best-in-class process and develop implementation roadmap and metrics
  • Coordinate with other GPOs to help enable cross-Service Line-wide transformation plan
  • Act as controller of the End to End R2R and O2C processes
  • Assess Site level performance of SLAs for root cause analysis and cross-site remediation measures/ enhancement; collaborate with Global and Site level CI and Digital teams to deploy CI and transformation changes
  • Collaborate with Internal Audit to define end to end process risk controls, audit, documentation and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with Process Manager and Service Management to design SLAs and services charge-back model
  • Align opportunities and priorities between functional needs, sites, and country/ BUs
  • Manage business process transformation roadmap and project portfolio
  • Governs global enabling target technology architecture template (e.g., SAP and surrounding applications) and controls rate of change to meet business needs
  • Participates GPO Process Council and operates under guidance of Global Shared Services Leader
  • Leads stakeholder engagement and organizational change management for given area

what we expect

  • 10+ years of professional experience in various finance/ commercial operations roles with background in process improvement and re- engineering, running R2R and O2C operations, program management, change management and/or ERP implementation
  • Experience with end to end processes in record to report in a COE or shared services environment
  • Experience and working knowledge of R2R and O2C solutions
  • Experience of having worked with Digital R2R and O2C technologies
  • Experience of having worked in large scale in process transformation programs that are multi-country
  • Process improvement (LEAN, Six Sigma) or project management expertise desired
  • Ability to quickly absorb new concepts and ideas - including operations model and BU or location-specific needs.
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) to connect and collaborate effectively with a diverse set of peers and stakeholders; constructive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisive action on process improvement issues.
  • Must be an analytical thinker, comfortable taking initiative in situations where thought leadership is either absent or unclear
