your tasks

  • manage the operational CoE team that builds and maintains robotic software automation
  • coordinate and control the realization pipeline of requests as well as the day-to-day operations of software automation already in production


in detail:

  • perform demand management and take over responsibility for the routing of new requests to RPA CoE developers/ process analysts
  • take accountability for the identification of continuous improvement opportunities within existing robotic workforce and adherence to RPA SLAs
  • coordinate the capacity and resource management of the RPA CoE team
  • communicate results, statuses and progress of the solution creation to stakeholders as part of the RPA decision board and reporting
  • perform an overall management of the execution of automated process delivery, maintenance, reporting and vendor release management
  • monitor and analyse KPIs, goals and CoE activities
  • resolve RPA-related issues escalated by the RPA CoE team, business units and other stakeholders
  • ensure the creation of training materials for technical RPA training and coordinate adherence to quality improvement initiatives (CoE standards and tools)
  • ensure the continuous development of the CoE RPA

what we expect

  • a college/university degree in information technology, business informatics or comparable vocational experience
  • you have already been working in a management position and bring the respective experience
  • you are experienced in IT and process environment
  • knowledge in RPA would be helpful
  • good oral and written communication skills in English as well as good interpersonal abilities are required
  • basic German skills would be an advantage
