your tasks

Recruitment:

  • Preparing and publishing of job ads
  • Coordination of interview planning (candidate, HR, DEBS management, recruitment agencies)
  • Preparation of salary proposals (incl. expat packages)

Onboarding:

  • Contract preparation and gathering of necessary information and documents in view of new hire
  • For international hires: preparation and follow-up of single permit requests and related documents
  • Internal (and external) communication on new hires
  • Follow-up of several aspects: medical check requests, company car approvals, registration with insurance partners, others
  • Follow-up on renewal of temporary contracts
  • First day welcome of new employees: sharing practical information, general introduction
  • Performance Management: coordination of the performance evaluation process (planning meetings, preparation and gathering of documents)
  • Payroll: tax preparation, currency calculations, re-invoicing follow-up, expenses coordination

Contract termination:

  • Follow-up of the termination process
  • Preparation of termination documents
  •  Internal (and external) communication on leavers
  • Reporting: J-SOX controls, KPI reporting, other ad hoc

what we expect

  • At least 2 year experience within field of Payroll, Administration, HR or equivalent
  • Very good command of English languages (B2 / C1)
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in position in the Personnel Administration field
