For Our Client, a manufacturer of rolling element bearings for automotive, aerospace and industrial, which is creating a new SSC in Wroclaw, we are looking for experienced candidates for : HR Delivery Specialist position.

your tasks

  • General administration support to the HR department in different process areas (i.e. Training Administration, Time & Attendance, Idea Management) delivered through remote channels (i.e. e-mail, ticketing system, phone/Skype)
  • Administration of trainings (i.e. coordination of participants, correspondence and training locations, system support etc.)
  • Calculation of working time Verification of invoices related to working time Administration of internal Continuous Improvement Program (i.e. gathering and coordination of improvement ideas via internal tools)
  • General data maintenance in HR systems
  • Preparation and ownership of process documentation
  • Administration of HR Knowledge Base (i.e. maintenance, updates and monitoring of content related to frequently asked questions, HR policies and procedures)
  • Delivery of process/onboarding trainings for new joiners
  • Point of contact and process coach ("Buddy") for new colleagues and other stakeholders
  • Participation in transition and implementation projects (due to the start-up character of the Center in Wroclaw there may be opportunities to travel and participate in diverse projects)
  • Other ad hoc HR administration tasks

what we expect

  • Few years of professional experience in administration work, preferably in HR and/or Shared Service Center environment
  • Experience in transitioning and setting up new processes, especially in Shared Service Center environment (not mandatory but considered as a strong asset)
  • Experience in project work related i.e. to system implementation and transitions (not mandatory but considered as a strong asset)
  • Knowledge and experience in MS Office usage (especially MS Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge and experience in usage of ERP systems (i.e. SAP, Workday) and willingness to become familiar with new tools
  • At least good English language skills, German knowledge is a must
  • Organizational talent with strong skills in communication, stakeholder management and customer orientation
  • Open for change and dynamic working environment
  • Able to work independently and with solution oriented can-do approach
  • Focused on high quality and continuous improvement
