For our client, a global company we are looking for a strategic and solutions-focused HR Generalist.As an HR Generalist, you  will manage and oversee the end to end HR activities across Europe. This role will be instrumental in driving the improvement and implementation of effective HR practices to establish a smooth and compliant running of HR operations and strategies.

your tasks

  • Audit existing HR practices in the offices with local labour regulations ;  
  • Create and improve HR processes and policies across the employee lifecycle where necessary and ensure full suite of HR practices are established for the team in Poland
  • Responsible for the daily coordination and execution of these HR practices 
  •  Manage and track all on-boarding, off-boarding, transfer requests and promotions, with Global & Local IS&T, 
  • Run regular reports for Regional and Global requirements 
  • End to end management and processing of payroll for Poland office 
  • Work in partnerships with central teams such as Talent Acquisition, L&OD, Comp and Bens and IS&T to ensure Poland is utilising global resources and adhering the global practices 
  • Partnership with Management and HR Team 
  • Maintain the HR documentation templates, updating in line with legislation changes or changes to processes     

what we expect

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or related field preferred
  •  Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures
  • Proficient in English language both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and prioritising skills
  • Ability to work independently and use own initiative
  • Ability to listen, express and articulate information effectively both verbally and in written communication to team members
  • Strong IT and HR System experience, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
