your tasks

  • Supports the delivery and execution of end-to-end process improvement on a regional and/or global scale within the Hire to Retire (H2R) work stream
  • Leads HR projects, using the project management lifecycle, with moderate risk, resources and complexity, using specialized knowledge and/or skills
  • Supports the migration of additional services into the regional HR service centres Communicates challenging concepts and influences others to adopt the same view, based on strategic direction of GBS
  • Drives consistency in ways of working & HR service delivery across the GBS HR Services teams globally
  • Uses HR performance metrics to identify future projects and prioritize accordingly, based on operational insight
  • Interprets issues and provides recommendations and/or innovative solutions, using enabling technologies, with the end customer in mind
  • Cascades key messages and supports the translation of GBS strategy into action Acts as an ambassador for change within the GBS HR Services team and promotes the GBS brand as a whole

what we expect

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required (preferably in Business or Human Resources)
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent in order to understand HR practices & procedures ITIL, PMP or PRINCE2 certifications (preferred but not essential)
  • Experience of running multiple large and small scale projects, across different regions/countries as well as globally, in a virtual setting
  • Knowledge and experience of Project Management principles, documents and plans and Project Management tools and technologies
  • Capable of working independently, with little guidance, and as part of a wider team Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with people at all levels
  • Ability to influence people at all levels
  • Ability to deliver results on time and to a high standard
