your tasks

  • technical support for the local and regional roll-out of Talent Management systems on cloud basis (e.g. Employee Development Dialog,Talent Calibration, 360° Feedback) for the Region Europe
  • support managers and HR regarding the use of the Talent Management instruments incl. ticket handling
  • translate system related training documents (manuals and e-Learnings) and adapt to local needs, if required
  • execute system tests after support packages, system adaptions and new implementations for European countries
  • run HR reports for Region Europe and/or for local countries in Europe
  • act as interface to the local/regional IT and global Talent Management Team


what we expect

  • previous experience with HR Systems is required (SAP HR preferred)
  • proficient MS Excel User
  • good Talent Management and HR cloud knowledge desirable
  • proficient in English and German (spoken and written)
  • holistic view and capability to see the links between different system elements
  • high engagement and personal responsibility, independent work style and high-quality awareness
  • IT-affinity and analytical way of thinking
