For our Client - a professional services and investment management firm specializing in real estate, we are looking for an HRIS Senior Business Analyst for EMEA HRIS team.

your tasks

  • As HRIS Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for working closely with HR and other teams to understand and collate requirements, recommend improvements and work closely with TDIM to advise on functionality, best practice and configuration. In addition, you will supervise and develop the Tier 1 HRIS support desk to deliver services to EMEA, resolve more complex Tier 2 HRIS queries, escalating to expert technical teams as appropriate.

what we expect

  • 2+ years of Workday experience with a general understanding of all Workday Modules
  • Prior Workday Functional Consultant certification in HCM Core and one additional module preferred
  • Experience in the development and implementation of process and systems changes
  • Broad Operational experience in HR, Payroll, and HRIS a plus
  • Significant HR cloud based system expertise especially Workday system experience
  • Advanced in MS Excel
  • Excellent customer service skills including timely and well thought-out problem resolution 
  • Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of employees and management
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both a technical audience and business users
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical resources
