job description

We are looking for experienced ICO Accountants! Our Client - well-known SSC - will be transfer RTR process from new regions.

If you would like to be a part of a new team and take part in transition - this offer is for you! :)

Currently transition sounds unreal but the company is ready to transfer the process remotely if the situation will be difficult still :)

your tasks

Record to Report

  • review, control relevant balance sheet account reconciliations
  • follow-up on open G/L balances and inquiries on relevant ac counts
  • ensure alignment of entries
  • ensure completeness of necessary accounting documentation
  • complete periodic RTR workpapers and act upon relevant items
  • perform value and clearing validation
  • identify need for reposting - prepare relevant journal entries
  • perform period close activities
  • ensure relevant updates of local documentation / procedures

Intercompany

  • preparation of the basis for financial reporting of intercompany
  • support ICO invoicing process
  • ensure intercompany reconciliation and mismatch resolution
  • approve ICO interest calculations
  • take ownership on escalated ICO items/ balances
  • oversight of intercompany accounts within the Group
  • contact person for liquidity and currency management

Others:

  • supporting employees from specific locations within accounting/ payment issues
  • maintain partnership with the relevant Global Process Owner
  • handle and resolve questions and issues raised by business units, related to Intercompany scope
  • participate in joint, multinational projects and initiatives according to the current needs

what we expect

  • very good English (at least B2)
  • good knowledge of SAP
  • at least 2-3 years in similar positions in SSC/ BPO within multinational environment
  • good understanding of financial accounting and general knowledge of balance sheet
  • a team player with can do attitude
