job description

For our international Client in Warsaw currently we are looking for IT Service Desk Specialist (1st line of support).

your tasks

  • To log, manage and resolve in a timely manner simple queries following agreed standards and procedures,
  • To use a knowledge base to obtain information and perform basic troubleshooting,
  • To escalate Incidents and Requests to 2nd and 3rd Line Teams as required,
  • To communicate regularly and effectively to End User on the status of their tickets,
  • To complete administrative tasks with support,
  • To continually build knowledge and adapt to new services and changes to procedure,
  • To apply the principles of IT Security in order to protect a client environment in the event of un-authorized or fraudulent requests or security threats.
