For our client from the banking sector, we are looking for an IT Support Analyst. The successful candidate will provide IT support to users, particularly when the need for physical intervention on user's workstation arises. Supervision over the company's entrusted location in the field of IT equipment, fixed assets and electronic transportable media (ETM). Support IT initiatives and projects.

your tasks

  • IT systems and hardware diagnosis, problems troubleshooting, incident resolution.
  • Technology request fulfilment. 
  • Supervision over incidents resolution and requests fulfillment’s timeliness. Responsibility for the level of services provided.
  • Supporting end users in the use of IT equipment 
  • Workstations’ (Desktop\Laptop\Thin Clients\Mobile Thin Clients) installation, a configuration in accordance with the organization polices and standards. 
  • Supporting LAN, MAN, WAN, phone and PBAX servers’ related tasks.
  • IT infrastructure and teleconference support. 
  • Participation in IT/network infrastructure changes and development. 
  • Software, computer hardware peripheral installation and actualization.
  • Supporting anti-virus protection environment    
  • Management and control over Tech Rooms in accordance with the organization's Policies and Standards
  • Media/ETM effective management. 
  • IT asset effective management. 
  • PCM creation, actualization. Having knowledge about unit’s procedures and regulations
  • Communication with other Third Party Suppliers and supervision over processes performed by Vendors
  • Telephone, email communication with internal clients and supporting groups to ensure problems timely resolution.  
  • Tests of new IT solutions and products. Tests’ documentation preparation
  • Execution of other tasks related to the work of the unit assigned by Supervisor

what we expect

  • Advanced level knowledge of Windows OS family
  • MS Office packet advanced knowledge  
  • Good knowledge of building a computer network   
  • Good knowledge of Active Directory
  • Fluency in English at the good spoken and written level       
  • Experience in the use of remote access tools    
  • Ability to support Customers
  • Higher technical (Computer Science) education preferred
  • 1-year experience in similar positions
  • Microsoft certifications will be an additional advantage  
  • Cisco certification (CCNA) as an asset to support knowledge about Cisco networks.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification as an asset to support the knowledge of IT service.
  • Ability to service a Customer.
