your tasks

  • Update Learning transcript of employees
  • Create ad hoc trainings
  • Enable learning opportunities for the employees, through end to end deployment of training courses
  • Support logistics, facilities and relations with the training providers
  • Support special events and campaigns in the country
  • Search for, propose and drive implementation of improvements in the Learning process
  • Closely collaborate with key stakeholders – Learning Senior Account Specialists Learning Solutions, HRBP"s and managers
  • Act as customer ambassador and take ownership of issue resolution

what we expect

  • Very good knowledge of French
  • Interest, knowledge, education and/or experience in HR would be your advantage
  • Experience in SSC/BPO organization will be a huge asset
  • Customer orientation and teamworking skills
  • Proactive attitude and innovation spirit
