daily cooperation with office located in Switzerland
support in the conception, implementation and control of quantitative and qualitative studies in the field of market and price analyzes, customer satisfaction, product range design and advertising design
generation and analysis of relevant data, surveys, studies to support operational and strategic management decisions
obtaining business-relevant customer insights from primary and secondary data
deriving concrete recommendations and ideas for process improvement and future customer offers
development and presentation of market data reports for the entire retail trade as well as various sub-markets and sub-categories
cooperation with external market research institutes

higher education degree (university or technical college) as an economist, sociologist or psychologist with a statistical focus
professional experience in a comparable position in the industry, trade or agency sector
ideally, experience with various methods (quantitative data collection, personal interviews) and openness to new, innovative approaches
experience in synthesizing research results into well-written reports and presentations
Aafinity with numbers as well as analytical thinking and conceptual skills
Good knowledge of Excel
Knowledge of SPSS statistical software would be an advantage
Fluent written and oral German as well as good knowledge of English.
