So, what will I be doing?
- As a marketing lead/director you will facilitate growth for the business by developing and implementing a strategic marketing & communication (MarCom) plan for Randstad’s business in Poland.
- You will actively participate in the increasing of a company's brand awareness, earn or retain a competitive advantage in the marketplace, and ensure each internal team's marketing strategy is aligned with the company's broader goals.
- You will lead the development of digital marketing strategies and an integrated digital marketing road map that together will enable brand positioning and promotional planning.
- You will lead, coach and develop a team of marketing & communications experts (appx. 20 FTE)
Your main responsibilities will include:
- set marketing goals and objectives for Randstad brand in Poland
- plan, implement and manage the execution of a marketing & communication strategy
- managing marketing budget
- review and manage content marketing strategy
- determine KPIs for marketing teams, track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports
- thrives the digital transformation of Randstad Poland and support organization in this transformation
- lead the development of digital marketing strategies
- steer/drive product marketing
- contribute to global marketing agenda and aligns local marketing strategies with global agenda
- initiate, inspire and lead the agile way of working within the team and in close cooperation with internal customers
- collaboration with business directors and operations as well as Excom and CTIO (chief technology innovation officer)

Our requirements for candidates:
- You will be an experienced Marketing & Communications Leader (5 - 10 years of experience leading a marketing team) that can deliver results and change in a fast-paced environment and get things done in a way that inspires others
- You’ll feel comfortable to effectively work and communicate at all levels, with multiple stakeholders of varied backgrounds, nationalities and cultures, from senior management to trainee consultants. Leadership is required.
- You will have a passion for digital marketing and digital transformation and understands how this can transform the brand awareness
- You'll thrive on being outside of your comfort zone and not afraid to trial an idea and then improve on it
- You will be passionate about leading people with empathy and clear direction
- You understand the value of customer delight approach and you are a customer centric marketer
- You have MA in marketing, management or similar relevant field (addition marketing certifications are a plus)
Skills Required:
- drive/steer, challenge and review the experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, WebTrends, Salesforce, etc.
- in-depth knowledge of business intelligence & big data analysis
- excellent organizational and time management skills
- good communication and interpersonal skills (people management, people agility)
- excellent presentation skills
- collaborate well with internal and external stakeholders
- understand and work well in global and matrixed organizations, ability to balance local vs global
- strong experience in driving business performance standards to be successful
- the individual needs to show authentic and professional behavior at all times
- travel (global and regional) may be required from time to time
- English at least C1 level
