your tasks

  • build up close relationships with all international and local retailers in Poland to ensure that a long-term relationship can be built out and the set turnover can be realised
  • prepare and present products to a priority list of retailers and elaborate within the market reality of the selected retailer the ideal segmented portfolio
  • negotiate the business proposal (product, packaging, pricing, promotion, logistics) within the upfront set frame of operational capabilities and desired profitability, close the business
  • coordinate internal and external all necessary preparations to start deliveries within the agreed timing
  • follow up the performance and grow the business step by step, managing the different category parameters: portfolio, shelf-presentation, promotional activities
  • follow up customer developments to ensure that company can anticipate on all factors that may influence future business transactions with regard to opportunities and threats

what we expect

  • relevant account management (food/FMCG) experience in Polish Retail, supported by a proven network
  • professional experience with development and/or implementation of category parameters: assortment, shelving, promo support, price management
  • knowledge of Polish, English and German
  • negotiation skills, customer-orientation, flexibility
