Currently we are helping AkzoNobel in creating their fifth GBS (Global Business Service Centre) in Warsaw. This is why we are looking for Candidates with experience in P2P on a Leader position:

your tasks

  • managing the off-shore team that handles thousands of product related (PR) and non-product related (NPR) procurement requests from across the globe during transition phase.
  • monitoring the delivery of P2P processes in a standardized manner to allow process to be performed efficiently
  • supporting staff resource planning, organizing, and monitoring of key processes
  • managing day-to-day interaction with suppliers
  • ensuring compliance with global standards and control frameworks in the P2P processes.
  • designing and development of ERP system functional design of Purchase-to-Pay modules in SRM;
  • provide training to any group in relation to the P2P processes
  • using metrics(KPIs) in order to identify areas of improvements in the process that will deliver expected benefits (be able also to prioritize)
  • using continuous improvement methodologies in order to deliver the scope of the role’s

what we expect

  • minimum of 3 years of experience on similar position
  • experience in interfacing with business operational customers in defining P2P service requirements and being part of a transition project
  • comprehensive know-ledge of purchasing and basic understanding of supply chain management.
  • strong background in operational work, managing people and ability to deliver and improve routine processes to drive business efficiency and deliver results
  • experience in P2P application systems implementation is a plus
  • experience with SAP SRM preferred
  • customer service mindset with excellent customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills; Able to forge internal customer/ external
  • experience in maintaining supplier relationships
  • very good knowledge of English
  • ability to build relationships across the organization and geographic regions
