your tasks

  • Performs and coordinates logistics tasks so that deliveries to the regional companies are carried out in accordance with the order and at the agreed time frame
  • Takes care of the flow of information between regional companies and the planning department, freight forwarders and individual warehouses to ensure the consistency of the order with confirmation and delivery
  • Analyzes and checks the status of orders and supplies, and communicates the information to the parties involved, takes action to adapt to new requirements and changing conditions
  • Reports on stock and product status
  • Documents and processes complaints regarding logistics and transport services, recommends solutions to improve the quality of these services
  • Supports the measuring of the efficiency of logistics processes
  • Supports the implementation of processes to assess the efficiency of logistics services and improve the quality of these processes
  • Reports KPIs, analyzes them, and reports deviations
  • Carries out the process of return of goods in accordance with the guidelines
  • Applies to internal and external regulations, takes care of data quality and documentation
  • Receives inquiries from regional companies and coordinates their flow, so that the client gets the information they need
  • Processes inquiries and orders from regional companies in such a way as to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure timely delivery
  • Monitors orders blocked in the system and takes the necessary steps to release the order for execution

what we expect

  • Fluent written and verbal communication in Dutch or Finnish and English is a must,
  • Background in logistics/customer service
  • Ability to effectively work in a team,
  • Good communication and customer service skills,
  • Open-mindedness and constructive attitude to performed tasks,
  • Experience in order processing, logistics (gained preferably in the technical sector, SSC/BPO) will be a strong advantage,
  • Knowledge of ERP software would be an asset (preferably SAP).
