Together with our client well-known company,  worldwide leading manufacturer of optical and digital precision technology, who provides innovative solutions for state-of-the-art medical systems, digital cameras as well as scientific solutions - OLYMPUS -  we are looking for order management specialist who will join new SSC created in Wrocław.

your tasks

processes orders (incl. sensibility check, availability check of products, triggering of delivery and invoicing)

o   matching offer, quote and opportunity with incoming order

o   enter the order in ERP-System (SAP)

o   create delivery notes, order confirmations and invoices

o   manage appointment with service department for installation

  • manage back-orders with service department local sales organization and optimize fast invoicing
  • create credit checks and billing corrections
  • consignment management (billing of consignment stores, stock management and subsequent delivery, coordination of inventories)
  • create and maintains customer master data
  • ensure master data integrity in key systems
  • identifies areas for data quality improvements
  • contributes to order processing process improvement initiatives as required
  • contributes to achievement of order processing performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements (SLAs)
  • achieves performance objectives agreed with order processing team lead
  • performs other duties within the order processing area as required and as agreed with the assigned team lead

what we expect

  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • typically 0-2 years’ experience in sales support or sales back office activities
  • excellent command of fluent business English (oral and written)
  • fluent communications skills (oral and written) and Italian language skills

Professional Competencies

  • good understanding of SAP
