your tasks

Job Purpose

Leads and develops assigned order processing team and performs order processing responsibilities.

Key Accountabilities

  • assists with implementing initiatives for improving the efficiency and/ or effectiveness of order processing
  • ensures team’s understanding of and compliance with agreed policies and procedures in delivery of services
  • ensures timely and accurate processing of all orders of assigned team, in accordance with performance and quality standards defined in relevant service level agreements (SLAs)
  • monitors, interprets and reports team key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • provides technical guidance and support to team members as required
  • supports and develops the team through regular communication, planning, coaching and performance reviews 
  • supports the team to achieve performance and quality standards defined in relevant SLAs
  • supports the transition of local order processing processes into the business center

what we expect

Required Education and Experience

  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • typically 3-5 years’ experience in sales support or the management of sales back office activities, including managerial roles
  • excellent command of fluent business English (oral and written)
  • fluent communications skills (oral and written) in Italian or Spanish language
