your tasks

  • Processesing payroll according to procedures
  • Reviewing gross-to-net reports for accuracy
  • Cooperating with the Payroll vendor
  • Answering Payroll and Payroll tax related queries
  • Working with Treasury and Accounting to ensure proper process
  • Liaising with legal companies as required in order to obtain Payroll legislation interpretations, which can bethen passed on the providers


what we expect

  • At least 1 year experience within field of Payroll, Customer Service, Administration, HR or equivalent
  • Very good command of both French and English languages (B2)
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Good analytical skills
