• Responsibility for annual budget and forecasts preparation 
• Ensuring a compliant and timely completion of month-end closing, reporting to the parent company according Group standards
• Analyse and report variances on direct materials costs, labour cost and other manufacturing costs, overhead expenses.
• Perform product costing (trade goods and manufactured products)
• Proactive position in continuous improvement process at the plant
• Plan, track actuals and analyse variances in CAPEX
• Active support of the Managing Director and CFO

• Master`s degree in Finance/Economics or similar discipline

• Experience in manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical skills, attention to details and accuracy
• Curiosity about business operations and processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Solid finance and controlling knowledge (product costing, revenue recognition, internal controls).
• Ability to work under time pressure and stress resistance
• Experience in audit area will be an additional advantage
• ACCA/CPA or local equivalent qualifications will be an asset
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced user), Power Point
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• English language knowledge at B1 level
