We are looking for Procurement Specialist for our International Client from FMCG sector.

The Procurement Specialist supports the creation and execution of category strategies in the Professional Services area by liaising with local departments to understand their requirements and needs, optimizing the local supplier base and managing local supplier contracts. The categories to be supported include IT, HR, logistics. Over time the category scope can evolve and / or change. The purpose of this position is to execute and coordinate the procurement strategies in Cluster region in close cooperation with stakeholders and other Team members, with the aim of delivering savings and value improvement.

  • Strategic Sourcing - provide local market analysis and strategy,
  • Manage local tenders,
  • Collect and verify stakeholders needs,
  • Execute tender preparation,
  • RFI/RFP/RFQ,
  • Evaluate responses - data collection/analysis/synthesis,
  • Coordinate negotiation,
  • Prepare recommendation & sourcing summary,

oczekujemy

  • Master degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics,
  • Minimum 2 years professional experience in sourcing (professional services, IT, HR, logistics would be an advantage),
  • Experienced in executing tender processes,
  • Solid knowledge about finance,
  • Experience with contract negotiation,
  • Ability to effectively communicate on all levels and across all functions,
  • Stakeholder management skills,
  • Strategic and analytical thinking,
  • Focus on result and execution,
  • A structured approach to planning and organizing,
  • Knowledge of SAP or local ERP system would be an advantage,
  • Fluent in English language (spoken and written).
