your tasks

  • Plan and coordinate production workflow based on ERP system
  • Develop and plan production tasks & schedules according to customer orders
  • Monitor the execution of production plana and resolve any potential issues
  • Plan and prioritize operations to ensure expected performance level
  • Investigate production problems, analyse root causes and provide solutions
  • Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
  • Prepare and submit production status and performance reports
  • Analyse production reports and suggest ways to improve production efficiency
  • Cooperate closely with production, purchasing, customer service, quality, warehouse and logistics department
  • Continuously monitor production and raw material cost
  • Manage work-in-progress stock level to avoid shortages and excesses
  • Adhere to company standards and production policies to meet company objectives
  • Operate in line with company policies and procedures with focus on quality management system, company ethic & culture and harmonization with Group Compliance programs
  • Work with the Company’s health, safety and environment rules & policies

what we expect

  • Technical background
  • 5+ years of experience in relevant position
  • Metal fabrication & product assembly planning experience
  • Analytical & mathematical mind with capability to evaluate and solve complex problems
  • Lean production philosophy knowledge & skills will be an asset
  • Bottlenecks management experience
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of Business Operations
  • Attention to details approach
  • International company work environment experience
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • English – advanced
  • ERP systems knowledge
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
