For our Client, international IT consulting company, we are looking for Candidates for the position of: 

Project Manager Officer

Location: Warsaw

We are looking for a professional who will  support in carrying out projects for one of the major Clients- the largest tech services organizations in the world. PMO acts as a crucial point in a company - interacting and building relationships inside and outside the business. This person cooperates on a daily basis with the project management team, third parties, clients.

your tasks

  • coordinate projects & maintain and further develop standards and procedures in the area of project management;
  • provide module training to help PMs, support them in a daily execution - PMO is a source of guidance and advice for the Client and Pms;
  • play a Bridge person between Service Owners and Project Managers. PMO needs to be able to understand complex concepts, ‘connect the dots’, resolves conflict with minimal noise;
  • VSO management;
  •  report to the Leadership Team;
  • participate in the daily calls as well as presenting the status of projects on dedicated calls;
  • take care of resources alignment in a long and short term (per sprint);
  • prepare the analysis for a broader audience to simplify process of prioritization and decision making;
  • monitor and execute sprint cycle including setting up retrospectives, sprint reviews and sprint planning sessions.

what we expect

  • min. 3 years of professional experience on a similar position;
  • University degree – Bachelor or Masters;
  • fluency in english – written and spoken,
  • PMI/PRINCE2 or Project Management Certificate;
  • very good knowledge of MS Office (praticural MS Excel and MS PowerPoint);
  • knowledge of SCRUM and MS Project/VSO;
  • deep knolwedge of project methods and implementation experiences;
  • very good analytical skills;
  • very good organizational and time-management skills;
  • delivery focused, pro – active approche;
  • flexible and willing to work in fast paced environment.
