- preparation and conduct projects, which will achieve standardization and implementation of the best parictices and process solutions in record to report.
- experience in process design, process improvements, continous improvement projects, process lead, transformation lead in RTR/GL area
- highly developed soft and analytical skills
- curiosity, proactiveness, ability to listen and take on challenges
- advanced English & French skills
- openness to business travels (a few times a year in Europe)
