your tasks

  • administration of the day to day running automated processes in the production environment
  • scheduling and running robotic processes across platforms, ensuring the stability of the RPA IT environment, investigating any issues in the productive processes, and coordinating the response to incidents raised to the CoE


in detail:


  • consulting for continuous improvement of automated solutions already in use in production based on performance reports derived from log files in robotic control rooms
  • support in impact assessments of new RPA software vendor releases and in SLA definition for automated processes as part of solution design
  • monitor the execution of automated processes in production environment through bot control rooms on a daily base and correct assignment of exceptions to referral users
  • manages process schedules and assign runtime resources
  • route RPA-related incidents to the correct CoE RPA DevOps engineer
  • prepare reports for stakeholders on process performance
  • identify system/application issues through bot control room and forwards to incident management/helpdesk for resolution

what we expect

  • education in information technology or comparable vocational experience
  • good understanding of IT application management and job-scheduling
  • basic IT-Skills (programming, networks, Office tools)
  • good analytical and problem solving skills
  • good oral and written communication skills in English as well as good interpersonal abilities are required
