your tasks

  • Act as point of entry for administrative HR matters
  • Act as first line of response to all administrative questions of staff including issues relating to insurance, pension, payroll, healthcare etc.
  • Update all HR records with regard to salary increases, staff movements and amendments to terms and conditions
  • Keep SAP HR up to date with all personnel movements
  • Create reports and management information as and when required (keeps updated control reports: HC Analysis and functional headcount)
  • Administer country payroll process, PPE program implementation included
  • Prepare & administer all employee-related documents
  • Support with all the organizational development projects and initiatives
  • Global Staff Dialogue follow-up
  • Follow-up on regional development programs (e.g. Talent Development)
  • Answer and assist with employees inquiries
  • Support with compliance of the Safety and Health Plan
  • Monitor performance indicators (turnover, FTE, costs, RH absenteeism, overtime, productivity, open positions, time to fill a vacancy and vacancy costs) 

what we expect

  • Knowledge and experience of Human Resource Management with relevant degree or equivalent qualification with verifiable experience
  • Knowledge of Polish labor law
  • Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for various HR topics
  • Strong commitment and ambition to familiarize quickly with new areas and subjects
  • Team-oriented, independent and good interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of user application systems MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.) and ideally SAP HR
  • Good command of written and spoken Polish and English
