your tasks

  • Provide support in all areas of the Human Resources Controlling including payroll, requiring a high level of organization, structure, analytics, data accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality and adherence to HR policies, practices and procedures
  • HR controlling activities:
  • FTE planning, monitoring, reporting
  • Delivery for personnel expenses for budget and forecasts for North
  • Monthly headcount reporting and reconciling personnel costs
  • Monitoring various performance indicators  
  • Ad hoc reporting
  • HR analytics - ad-hoc analysis, benchmarking, KPIs and development reports for management
  • Maintain SAP HR with all HR records
  • Supports handling of salary increases and bonus process, managing annual salary reviews in the Area
  • Payroll related activities:
  • Responsible for Poland payroll process with close cooperation with local payroll provider
  • Benefits and pension plan costs administrating
  • Supporting and monitoring Country Offices payroll processes (Sweden, Denmark, Finland)
  • GUS reporting (national statistics): CIT ST, DG1, Z06, Z05, etc. and other reports on requests
  • Preparing presentations according to Management requirements
  • Supporting other HR tasks as needed

  • Proven track of experience in a similar position, preferable in and international organization
  • Very good knowledge of Polish labor law
  • Ability to gather and analyze data, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong commitment and ambition to familiarize quickly with new areas and subjects
  • Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for various HR topics
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills as well as SAP experience
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English and Polish
