- Managing communication and fostering collaboration with key stakeholders across different areas.

Leadership in Accounts Payable
- Shaping the strategic direction, roadmap, and performance goals for the Source-to-Pay function.
- Ensuring compliance and robust controls in accounts payable processes across multiple teams and locations.
- Overseeing the implementation of tools and processes that drive efficiency and standardization.
Operational Excellence and Improvement
- Driving continuous improvement by setting performance targets and monitoring progress.
- Collaborating in cross-functional projects to optimize processes and introduce new technologies.
- Partnering with procurement and IT to enhance automation throughout the Source-to-Pay cycle.
- Min. 8 years of experience in accounts payable, finance, shared services, consulting or process development
- Education in finance/accounting or equivalent competences in relevant field
- Fluent English
- Experience in Shared Services
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Shared Services track record of driving process improvements including change management and with several stakeholders.
- Good team management skills.
- Responsible person with excellent analytical skills
