your tasks

  • review and assurance of service designs and solutions
  • risk profiling and mitigation of solutions
  • facilitate the delivery execs understanding of design challenges, requests of the operation and solution specific risks
  • presentation of solution to delivery exec for approval prior to client submission
  • responsible for the maintenance and ownership of commercial cost models
  • advising colleagues on service and commercial solutions
  • establishes productive relationships and networks at Senior Management level to build and maintain customer relationships
  • provide effective leadership in order to drive change successfully
  • negotiate with the various internal stakeholders within operations and sales to achieve a deliverable & commercially viable proposition

what we expect

  • multiple year experience in IT service delivery at a senior level
  • experience of working at a strategic level to enable the business to perform effectively
  • demonstrable experience in costing complex / transformation IT services involving datacentre, storage, helpdesk, hardware maintenance, deskside support, server and network management etc.
  • analytical thinking and risk awareness
  • strong commercial awareness with knowledge of commercial agreement production and negotiation
  • the ability to build strong relationships & communicate effectively at all levels
  • strong communication skills (written, verbal & presentation)
  • ability to balance, co-ordinate and translate the needs of multiple stakeholders
  • ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines in pressure situations
  • willingness to travel / stay away from home, locating yourself to support the businesses’ success as required
  • manage workloads/time to achieve deadlines
  • ITIL Foundation
  • excellent negotiation skills
  • very good English and German is a must
