A Scandinavian logistics company is expanding its shared services in Tri-City, and we’re looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our SSC Finance department. If you have a strong leadership skills and a knack for creating structure, this role might be your perfect fit. As SSC Finance Manager, you’ll lead Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Reconciliation and General Ledger teams, ensuring our finance operations are both efficient and top-notch.

your tasks
- leading & inspiring the finance teams,
- ensuring timely and accurate bookkeeping by setting high standards and guiding the team to meet deadlines,
- overseeing day-to-day finance operations, from payments to account reconciliations, and making sure everything is running like clockwork,
- motivating and developing your team—you’re not just managing; you’re building a culture of collaboration and excellence,
- collaborating with the Group Accounting function to align SSC finance practices with the broader goals of the company,
- optimizing processes and implementing best practices for smooth, effective financial operations in our SSC.
what we expect
- master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or equivalent,
- experience on similar leading position in shared service structures,
- excellent English skills (min. C1) - other languages are always welcome,
- experience in leading projects and improving accounting processes.
