job description

For our international Client, production company, we are looking for experienced and motivated candidate

your tasks

  • ensure to provide excellent customer service through phone, email in timely and accurate manner
  • prepare documentation and reports on routine customer correspondence for future reference purpose (invoices, delivery notes, SAD)
  • maintain reports on customer inquiries, responses and feedback so as to develop customer service analytics and trends
  • planning delivery timetable
  • ensure appropriate shipments to the customer with all required documentation
  • cooperation with other departments on every stage of order and claim processing (quality, R&D, warehouse)
  • maintain master data in ERP system (create and maintain customer accounts in database)
  • cooperation with all suppliers (claims, specifications, documentations)
  • processing maintenance/production/quality supplies orders
  • provide replacement for Plannist/Purchasing position
  • keep updated supply chains internal procedures

what we expect

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Production planning
  • Experience in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Ability to quickly learn and master new technologies
  • Excellent follow-up skills, demonstrated experience in problem solving and achieving Win/Win solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education required
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Strong attention to detail is essential
  • Very good command of English
